The receiver was unable to collect the funds due to suspicion of fraud and so that money was supposed to be returned to my Navy Federal account and I have not received the full amount as of yet. I spoke to the Fifth Third Manager Natalia about this on 1 Aug, 2016. and we spoke 2 times. Can you look into this for me please because I do not have an acct there and I will not be provided this information. I was supposed to have received the full 8,000 by now and I am still 211.00 short. Thank you for time
