I need to express my dissatisfaction with 5/3.
I have been a loyal customer of this bank since 1983 and when I now need a release of lien after I paid my loan off I am being told it take 10 days.. that's crazy. I have been told this is the policy and no exceptions. no empathy and no loyalty from your company. I am extremely upset that my local branch could not sign off on the title to my vehicle. I have heard your bank loud and clear. thank you for not taking care of your customers when they need it.
