denise c. anderson sent a message to Herbert Hainer Chief Executive Officer of Adidas AG email address that said:
Mr. Hainer, I am sending you this email because of a very bad customer service I just experienced. While I know you have a very important position, you should also be aware of the kind of customer service ADIDAS personnel are giving. I am a grandmother just trying to get a chance to purchase my grandson a pair of Yeezys. I called the ADIDAS 800# for help and was not too clear on some of the instructions, I called the 800# number (about an hour ago). I was explaining to the young man that I was having problems and was requesting some help. He thought it was very funny that I did not know how to download an app. He thought it was so funny that he began to laugh while talking to me. He laughingly stated well, if you dont know how to download then I cannot help you!!!! This was a very rude and disrespectful comment this young man made. I even asked if there was someone else that could help me. He laughed again saying, "No" and hung up. This was no way for an ADIDAS Customer Service Rep to reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially since he found my situation to be very funny and laughing while talking with me. I was shocked when he started laughing because I was telling him I am just trying to get some help!!!!! This should never happen to anyone ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
