Being a retired banking executive, I just wanted to say that my wife and I flew back from Las Vegas to Long Beach truly had the Jet blue experience. The cabin team had smiles on ther face. It was always my experience that when my employees were happy, my customers felt it. Keep up the good work. I wanted to take the time to write this, I remember how often I only saw the complaints. You have a great company.
