Mr Henslee I am a retired auto mechanic (Guaranteed Auto Service) have been repairing cars and trucks for over 40 years. I purchase a lot of parts from your company and like my service in Klamath Falls Oregon. But I had a issue with a clutch kit and sent info to your manufacture that rejected payment of $700.00. I installed 3 different clutch kits none worked on this 87 ford f250 4x4 diesel. I had to got to another parts house and there clutch kit worked. I had never in all my years had this problem with any clutch kit. I was hoping to get some of my extra labor back if I cant get reimbursed for my labor then I will go to Autozone for all my parts the company will reimburse these issues with no dealing with manufacturer.
