Dear Mr Yanagi,
I am a Vehicle Engineer who is part of a small team that has invented and prototyped a new suspension which we have shown can massively out-perform any Quad Bike or ATV. The system is robust, easy to service and cost-effective, comprising springs and links only (no electronics, air or hydraulics). I own a Yamaha 700 Grizzly Quad Bike and the new system out performs it by over 200%. It is patented in Japan, USA and the EU plus others but has not yet been commercialised. I believe it is uniquely suited to Quad Bikes and ATV's.
The suspension exists only in one prototype vehicle but has not yet been offered to, or adopted by, any major company. I wanted to speak to Yamaha first.
I can demonstrate the vehicle to you, or your Engineers, through a variety of tests in 20 minutes at any location.
The suspension will give Yamaha major improvements in Ride, stability and off-road capability and hence a massive market lead in this sector.
