Mr. House,
I am a PS3 owner who subscripted to Vue service early on. I tried to contact Vue CS regarding extreme buffering during peak use. I waited on hold for 40 minutes. A CS rep answered the phone, asked why I was calling and placed me back on hold. I gave up at the 50 minute mark. My next call was to JPM Chase to block charges from Vue and claw-back Oct. bill. Consequently, my account is now suspended and I unable to use my PS3 for non Sony products. Sony’s lack of customer service would make a great business school case study.
