Mr.House,I pre-ordered a limited edition Star Wars Sony Playstation 4 which was not – Andrew House email address

Rachelle sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:

Mr.House,I pre-ordered a limited edition Star Wars Sony Playstation 4 which was not opened until Christmas Morning.I have been in contact with customer support for two weeks now.My system has serious internal issues.It keeps showing unreconizable disc or the whole system itself won't even power on at times.I'm being told that if the service team can't fix it,I'll be given a"NEW REFURBISHED SYSTEM" as a replacement.There's nothing "NEW" about anything "REFURBISHED" and after less than 90 days of use for a system that I paid $438.00 dollars for,I want a "BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT SYSTEM",not a REFURBISHED SYSTEM.I didn't pay all that money to end up with a "REFURBISHED SYSTEM".I informed customer service that I was filing a complaint with the better business bureau and it didn't seem to have any effect on them whatsoever.If I wanted a refurbished unit,that's what zi would have bought and it would have been much cheaper.This is not right.This unit looks as it did the day I took it out the box.This is a defective device with serious internal issues and I'm suppose to just accept a "REFURBISHED" unit to replace my less than 90 days of use unit.This is crazy and I would appreciate a response from you as I can't seem to make customer service understand anything.I'm extremley disappointed with the lack and understanding of my issue not to mention the fact that this very pricey unit is having such problems to begin with.
