Martha sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
Mr. Hubert Joly,
I recently purchased a Brother's 6200 Printer, it has not worked since I purchased it. I cannot connect to wireless and if I connect USB it will print 1 page a few minutes later another page. If you check my Geek Squad record you will see how many times I've called. Also, I was told it was my computers, I had both services and still the same result. I want a new printer and I am told because it is outside the return date, I cannot return the printer. I explained, I have not made a payment on the printer and do you think I am going to pay for a printer that does not work. I've been on the phone today for more than 35 minutes trying to resolve this issue.
Mr. Joly, I need your help, after what I've been through I want to return the printer, NOT exchange it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
