My wife is a Sonic Freak. Not a single day goes by she doesnt stop at Sonic at lease 2 times a day for the last 30 years. She is a kindergarten teacher at a near by school for the last 23 years. Her love of Sonic is so well know that past and current parents stop by the school all the time dropping off a variety of Sonic items. When she receives gift card its always Sonic. This is how much she talks about Sonic every time asked by parents, What do you like or What can we bring you? It is really sad that can all change in a night. Her experience tonight has her questioning whether she ever wants to return. After arriving at the Sonic at at 8:36 pm and receiving her incorrect order at 9:08. She already paid with one of her Gift cards at the screen. After going back and forth in an attempt to correct the order to the point the 3 shakes were melting and food getting cold the car hop returned handing her the incorrect order again saying the manager said to just give it to her for free. Nice gesture had the gift card not already been reduced by the purchase amount with car hop failing to understand it has already been paid. At this point more than 45 min have past seance arriving. My wife asked if the manager could come out to the car. The girl went back in and came out a few minutes later stating its going to be a while. That was the last straw for my very patient wife who polity handed the paid for incorrect order back without reimbursement and drove away stating I am done! This occurred at 8425 DAVIS BLVD, NORTH RICHLAND HILLS TX 76182 Manager on duty was Chonto according to carhop. Its hard to believe after that much time the manager could not spare a moment for resolution.
