Mr. Jackson,

Just a little feedback from a recent experience my wife and I had at your Nissan Auto Nation Lewisville Texas location. First Sales Consultant Julie Trieu was amazing, she handled all our questions, and went the extra mile to find the perfect car to please my wife. If the price was right we were ready to buy, but it had to be a good deal.
Long story short it wasnt the deal we were looking for and thats alright, maybe to much car, or it wasnt the right day? Everyone was nice as they tried to close the deal, except a gentleman John Williams.
Mr. Williams is the last manager we spoke with and was very pushy, to the point he couldnt understand why we wouldnt close the deal. Insinuated the deal I had received from Texas Nissan for a 2017 Murano 6 month ago was not accurate.
We explained this was no the deal we were looking for and he continued to press the issue, upset my wife and she had to walk out and wait in the car. I told him we were done, he grabbed the paperwork and stormed off from the table. As I waited for my keys Mr. Williams went behind he counter with the other managers and said just wasting my F***ing time.
I really feel sorry for Julie as she reached out to me the next day to see what she could do to move the deal forward. My response Unfortunately Mr. Williams cost you and the dealership a sale Again Julie was amazing and I told her that also.
I visited Auto Nation Lewisville Nissan on 09/21, visited Texas Nissan Grapevine on 09/22, and purchased a vehicle from them on 09/23.
I have been in the retail environment over 26 years and most of that in management, so I write this directly to you as I would hope my guests would write or speak directly to me. I am not one for writing reviews on social media, Yelp, or even giving bad reviews in the heat of the moment. Our business although not the same thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences with every guest.
