Congratulations on your rise within Costco. I've had a similar experience with a slightly smaller company and have had a successful career. In my experience Costco has been somewhat unmatched at customer satisfaction, but , as a partner, your relationship with Citi is an example of what not to do. Your employees suggested that I contact you as this has been an ongoing problem. I cannot get my citicard and, frankly, have been losing points not to mention paying cash for everything that I buy from
Costco. I have received several letters welcoming us to our new card and explaining all of the benefits. Our credit limit is $35000.00 and they even gave us the four digits of our new card, but there has been no card. They claimed that our address was bad, but we get all the other correspondence from them. They main turn out to be a great partner, but they are not supporting you now. You will lose some longtime customers but I suppose that time may heal some of the damage. I only write to you as I feel you need to know what is happening at the front lines.
