barbara parks sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:
Mr. Jelinek,, You REALLY NEED TO RE-THINK YOUR CHANGING TO CITI BANK!!!! This new bank that you have decided to go with DOESNT HOLD A CANDLE TO AMERICAN EXPRESS!!!!!!You have made a GRAVE MISTAKE!!! Im glad I have kept my American Express card because I DO NOT LIKE DEALING WITH CITI BANK!! I hope many people take the time out to write the same thing about Citi Bank. I will tell you JUST ONE problem with Citi. I have had to wait more than 2 weeks for a replacement card from them. That NEVER HAPPENED WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS - NEVER!!!!! I consequently am not using the New Card as much because of problems I just explained. I guess you dont mind if I dont do nearly as much shopping @ your store. VERY UNHAPPY - Barbara Parks!!!!!!
