I have been a member of COSTCO for a long time. I dont buy a lot of merchandise but Ive always had a great experience shopping in the warehouses. A few months ago, I decided to purchase a new washer dryer from COSTCO. It took about 3 weeks to arrive which I thought was a bit much. Then, a few days ago, I discovered an issue and I called COSTCO customer service. I was on the phone for 2 hours. Most of that time was spent on "hold" waiting for an agent. I wonder how you would feel if you had to waste 2 hours out of your busy day waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is unacceptable and you sir, need to fix this quickly. Im in the process of purchasing all new appliances for my kitchen. I had planned to purchase the appliances from COSTCO but based on the lack of customer service, I have decided to purchase my new appliances from Sears or Best Buy. The difference in price is not worth the aggravation to me.
