Mr. joly,
Hi my name is Michael. Over the past year I have been having an issue with my local best Best Buy that started as a minor issue and has now escalated to a serious matter. As a gift my girlfriend took my car to the local Best Buy to have a car starter installed for me for my birthday and at the time we were not aware of it but we didn't receive the fuse kit that was required with the automatic starter. I didn't use the car starter for awhile but when I finally did the second or third time the starter would attempt to start but wouldn't and that's when my radio started turning on and shutting off on its own. I took my car back to Best Buy where they informed me that the starter was hooked up wrong and I didn't receive the fuse kit so they reinstalled it but the issue still remains but not only that but my car dies on a regular. I have had multiple parts replaced and the car battery replaced twice and yet my radio will not turn on and my car will not stay alive... I've been in contact with management and if they aren't rude to me then they tell me all they are willing to do is replace the stereo. Please contact me sir because up until now I've been nothing but kind and patient about the matter but a new stereo won't fix my car. Thank you for your time sir.
Mike
