Mr. Joly,
I am frustrated beyond imagination. For an organization that is trying to turn itself around, you are very difficult to do business with online. For years, and I mean years, you keep cancelling my online orders. I get a message that you cannot verify my information. Really, you sent me a Kitchen Aid mixer last month ? You must have a bug in your online logic when it comes to cellphone purchases. I attempted to order a cellphone for my wife, the same as my son purchased this past week and once again, my order was cancelled. Please explain.
I have tried to get this corrected for years. Your executive relations team told me that this was corrected.
