Wiley sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
Mr. Joly: I am writing to let you know that neither I nor members of my family nor my friends nor business associates will ever buy anything from Best Buy. Several years ago I bought and paid for an item that was back ordered. When I went to the store later to pick it up they refused to give it to me and refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the store manager and he refused to speak to me. I called corporate and they refused to help.
