Mr. Joly, I have been in touch with your fraud dept.3 times and I – Hubert Joly email address

jean sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:

Mr. Joly,
I have been in touch with your fraud dept.3 times and I am getting nowhere!! Best Buy has accepted fraudulent checks tp purchase products at one of your stores. These checks are on my account number in someone else's name. I have been in touch with 3 different people who said the matter would be taken care of, lo and behold another check was accepted from this person. I have had to change all of my accounts, file a report with the police dept. etc. I am at the point of bringing a lawsuit against Best Buy! Someone must be held accountable. Today I have been put on hold 3 times and no one has picked up my call. Please have someone call me at:
