Michael sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy that said:
I placed an order for a MacAir laptop on Dec 14th. Shortly thereafter, i recd an email saying "action required"...could not process payment. Later that day, i resubmitted the credit card information. After submission, an email was recd saying "we canceled your order". Today, i planned on placing the order that was canceled but price increased by $100. I called support and the justification i recd was "bank denied".....but BBY will not submit the proof. I see no notifications, alerts or communications from my bank that payment or processing was denied. All i want is to reorder at the price avail on Dec 14 and to have the gift arrive by Christmas. I'm not a fan of Amazon but they are very good at e-commerce and i hope to see you better compete. Sincerely, Michael .
