Mr. Joly,
I've been working with geek squad since Friday, January 8, 2016. I had your agents install Microsoft 365 and the One drive. Transfer my google drive to the new one drive and transfer my old out look to the new outlook and has not been successful. I've been calling EVERYDAY and none of your agents have fixed the issue. ALL I get are different responses to why they cant fix it. Its been a week and my computer is still down. I need someone that can Fix my computer because at this point neither programs work, very frustrating. I was with an agent yesterday Thursday, Jan. 14 from 9 am to 6pm and nothing was fixed. I called today to speak to a supervisor/manager and all they could do is file a complain with corporate. I am Dana's Assistant the account is under Dana number associated with account and the email you can call either number. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO FIX OUR COMPUTER.
