Mr. Joly,
I am writing to commend your staff's ability to solve a recent customer service issue. I had several negative interactions at three stores in an effort to resolve my problem, but Duc Dang, the manager at your Gaithersburg, MD location, had me on my way in under 15 minutes. After spending many hours on the phone and in the car, I can't emphasize how relieved I was to finally have my problem solved. My experience at that store has convinced me to remain a loyal Best Buy customer.
