Mr. Kelcy Warren, We know how much you and your company have done for our – Kelcy Warren email address

Nicholas  sent a message to Kelcy Warren – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Energy Transfer Partners, L. P. Email Address that said:

Mr. Kelcy Warren,

We know how much you and your company have done for our communities and we applaud and graciously endorse your company’s workmanship as well as work ethics. Your history with previous pipe line installations have proved your ambition- you simply won’t quit until the job is completed and that we can all condone and endorse.

However, your recent plight with the North Dakota pipeline injunction have proved your rambunctious tenacity to strategically make a play to undergo construction of your pipeline proposals, regardless of what the laws are or who it would possibly effect. Your P.R. consultant should be fired as you are now influencing a brand new self image to the people of America, let alone the world. It’s bad enough we have Hillary and Trump running for presidency that we as a people have reached our peak with “sleight-of-hand” corporate deception tactics.

Little did most of us know what was happening, but thankfully actor Shailene documentation of her arrest provided the nation with enough information that we may now join the fight. We're taking a stand, maybe some are for #NoDapl, others for their friends or families affected by the injunction… but I can guarantee you most to all of us are in it to make a declaration that we’ve had enough of billionaire corporate corruption(whether you disagree your move would be defined as “corrupt” is up for debate).

At the end of the day, Hollywood artists finish their work, go home, and realize they want more. They want a better PURPOSE, a justification of self-worth or a self-need of impacting a resonation on the world. And influential people like Miss Woodley are opening the doors for the rest of us in Hollywood to seize our opportunity to band together. To fight for others let alone our own personal satisfaction of defying a wealthy, overpowering, overbearing company such as Energy Transfer Partners. We see you. We see our friends, brothers and sisters. And we will not turn our backs nor remain quiet. As a screenwriter myself, I will personally dedicate my next script premise and treatment to solely exposing companies (such as yours) of your devious and unlawful actions.I guarantee you… these corporate “shortcuts” will not be tolerated or go unnoticed.

In closing, I’m sure this email will barely scratch the surface of your skin, like a fly on a wall, but I want to ask of you one thing: Is the Dakota pipeline worth it? Was all this attention worth the price? Would it not be easier to find another and more efficient solution to your injunction predicament?

Or will you ignore all of this and resume your avaricious attack on Native American soil? For millions to see?

If this is how you want to be remembered…

Nicholas
