I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the outcome of complaint My mother in law and her friend were very suprised with the generous voucher in the amount of $200.00. I was pleased not by the generous gift but the personel touch of a letter written by Catherine Gantt. I assure you my family and all their friends will always fly with your airlines now and in the future,
