Karsten sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:
Mr. Kelly, I fly Southwest Airlines because of the normally good customer service. I unfortunately and very unhappy with Southwest. I tried to make a reservation yesterday using the internet and a phone call to reservations. I explained to the person that I wasn't able to make a reservation online because I had multiple destinations. I also explained that I have a 50% off coupon. He stated that I had to do the reservation online only. I tried again last night but it wouldn't work.
I went to bed because it was late and then just to make a reservation but found out the code expired. Unfortunately reservations didn't tell me that last night was the last day to use it. If I knew that I would have stayed up until 11:59 PM.
I called customer care and they said there isn't anything they can do.
Please help me with this. I was planning to take my wife to our International Sales Meeting but she wont be able to go if you don't honor the 50% off coupon. Can you please honor it?
