I need to speak with you about a major issue we had flying SW If you cant contact me I will be forced to send a certified letter that should only be read by you...please contact me again i will be forced to send a certified letter signed by you and i shouldnt have to do that . We have been hurt enough and i feel that your claims dept callling and just apologizing was insulting........
