Mr. King, I have a LabCorp bill dating from April, 2017 that I cannot get processed thru Medicare/United Health Care. Your customer service line says they need the doctors off to call and my doctors office says they gave all the information to their rep, Kristi, and she said she would take care of it. What is this total disconnect within your company? Ive left word for Kristi but she has not returned my call. I live in Littleton, Colorado. Please HELP! Im sure you want your money.
