Mr. King, I served on a committee with you at the Rural Center when I was E.D. of NC REAL. I need your help because my son Kevin's construction loan mortgage has been approved for almost $400,000 but BB T has dragged out the process for over two months now even though he has completed every piece of paperwork, has the money in the bank. Can you help? He is Kevin and is working with the Durham BB T for his lot in chapel ridge, in Chatham County. It has sat in underwriting for weeks! He is afraid the ground will freeze before this process is complete. I told him I thought you would help. He has done every thing required but it keeps dragging on. thank you.
