Hillary sent a message to Kelly S. King – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBT Corporation – Email Address that said:
Mr. King, Please contact me immediately. I have been managing property for my nephew including his BBT commercial loans for several years and have created awesome relationships with several of your bankers, and I have never had any issues until Chris Murphy, Small Business Specialist in Charleston, SC took over the account. Mr. Murphy mishandled the loan while my sister, Arleen attempted to refinance the loan in her name - since the property had been quit claim deeded to her. Mr. Murphy allowed the current loan to enter foreclosure status while he was out on holiday, and also denied Arleen a loan, stating that she has a low credit score, which is a flat out lie ( of which we have proof). I am appalled at the mistreatment we have been receiving. Chris, nor his boss, Frank Smith, out of Columbia, SC has offered any solutions to the problem Chris has created. I know that this can not be the way BBT conducts business with the public.
