Hi. I have a mortgage with your bank that was finalized last Summer. I also have a problem with your Tax Department, as well as the general culture of customer service. Long story short...I have attempted to resolve a property tax payment issue for several weeks now, and can neither (a) get a concrete, uniform, agreed upon response when being passed around like football between reps, or (b) get anyone that reads emails sent to email@example.com to respond to my multiple inquiries regarding a corrected 1099...and today is the day Im doing my federal and state taxes.
I am entirely frustrated with BBT and would never recommend this organization to any prospective customer for any product or service it offers. Im frustrated to the point of already considering refinancing my mortgage through USAA, where I have never experienced the mistakes, excuses, and downright terrible customer service that I have with BBT.
