With all due respect I have had a very frustrating morning trying to connect with a person via the phone.
It is Sat., I live in Florida and just had surgery as well and needed information regarding my accounts today which I could not get through online banking. I wanted to speak with a human being. I held on to customer service for a half hour + and finally, found the number of a branch out of our area which was open to assist me.
There is supposed to be help 24/7 and there is not. Reaching an actual person is impossible.
Quite frankly, the bulk of your bank services were not in this storm and I would have thought there would be some extra help for those of us who were.
I have several accounts with your company and quite frankly, question whether I want to do business here anymore.
