Mr. lambert:
We believe that you have a dangerous situation with some Kenmore ranges; this week our Kenmore temperature control in my oven would not shut off. It is a fire hazard even though it was recommended by Consumer Reports... We were always a Sears customer, but not anymore...do you care? It's a shame that our country has dumbed down this much .
