Mr. Lampert,
As a life long loyal Sears customer I am reaching out to you and asking for your assistance regarding a matter that is outlined below in an e-mail sent to Jeffrey Balagna on June 23rd. A similar correspondence was sent to Leena Munjal as well. In addition I've went through all the customer service steps to try and resolve this problem without success. Unfortunately I haven't received a response from Mr. Balagna or Ms. Munjal. I'm simply asking for fairness in a matter that was no fault of my own. I'm not upset with the repair technician that came out and failed to tighten the main pulley attachment nut properly, mistakes do happen occasionally. However I am disappointed with the lack response or concern thus far from Sears in helping me with my problem. I'm hoping to hear from you or someone in your organization soon to resolve this issue.
