Would you or have someone in your officer give me a call? I purchased the Sears Home Warranty for my home in Houston, TX. The air condition (AC) coil went out and needed to be replaced. My Sears warranty totally refused to assist with the replacement and blamed me for the compressor, AC unit and the heating unit all being different ton sizes, all the units were in the home when my daughter and I purchased the house. I have tried many times to discuss this matter with customer service and they out right refuse to address this matter. Place me on hold for an extended period of time and something the phone is just hung up. Would someone please help us with this matter? Thank you, Beatrice Culley 214-417-8376.
