Mr. Lampert, I have been buying from Sears for the last few months. This month alone, I have made 13 purchases. Sears has messed up my orders at least 3 times already. this latest issue is I was told my order was ready for pick up, and the store called and said order wasn't in, and they don't know where it is. but I called sears orders and they insist its at the store. I don't feel like arguing with you people anymore as I have had similar experiences with sears before. I just want you to know whats going on with your store chain. I myself am done using sears. I have tried to use your store and work with sears even when you screwed up previous orders. but this is the last time. I am old and dont need the stress of arguing with someone about where my order is. thanks for letting me vent my frustration. bob
