Mr. Lampert --- I just need to make you aware of the terrible service being provided by your repair team here in Michigan. Our oven broke on Thanksgiving, we have been waiting since to have it repaired through an extended warranty policy that we purchased and paid for. I have just received a call cancelling my appointment for this afternoon after having yesterdays appointment cancelled. Original person I talked to, and I will admit I did get a bit Irate, said that we have to wait till next week. A phone number and call service advocate or what ever they are called and a hang up. A call back to the same department got me a third appointment scheduled for tomorrow between noon and 4. This would be totally unacceptable for most companies. I find it hard to believe that there is only 1 person who can complete this repair. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know what I can do about this and how I should plan my Christmas for the 21 people I have coming over.
