Eric sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:
Mr. Lampert,
I left a voicemail with your team on Tuesday, and am desperate to speak with you or one of your people who can assist me in resolving an issue that has been going on for almost a month now. you have my email address.
I know that you are very busy, but I don't know where else to turn. After repeated calls and emails, I have yet to speak with anyone who is willing to take the time to assist me with the information that I require about my repair issue.
thank you
