Gerry sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:
Mr Lampert,
Please correct the unfair matter I just experienced at Sears online.
I ordered a bike, When I went to check out a message appeared offering me to save $15 on that order if I signed up for a Sears Master Card.
I signed up, and now they tell me they won’t honor the offer because it was an item from a sears partner.
That is BS – plain and simple! The offer was provided on the check out screen. It said simply save $15 on this order.
Now Sears is reneging.
It leaves a horrible taste I’m my mouth, and will cause me to never shop ate sears if this is not immediately corrected.
Please let me know when this is resolved.
