Mr.Lampert, The reason I and my family no longer shop your stores is no customer service. I went to your Sears in Boynton Beach Fl. one Saturday for some underwear and the dept. was trashed. I could not find what I was looking for so I went the cashier and asked for her to page someone and she did. After almost 10 minutes again I asked for her to make a page to a manager and she did. After 5 minutes I left and went to KOHL'S and found what I needed. I have more to tell.
