Mr. Levatich,
I am writing to you because of a major problem at Space Coast Harley Davidson in Palm Bay, Florida. This morning I was supposed to bring my new 2016 Streetglide in for the life threatening recall regarding the black master cylinder issues. When I arrived at 9 AM I was unsure where to bring my bike for the service work so I parked under an empty awning. After I parked a manager by the name "Onnie" or maybe it's Ronnie I'm not sure if a letter was missing off his name tag told me I was not allowed to park there because it was parking for the owners only. I did not see any signs posted anywhere stating this spot was manager only. I told "Onnie" that it's a shame the customer doesn't come first and he quickly answered "If you don't like it, take your fucking bike somewhere else." I was extremely upset and went inside to find a manager where I learned he was the only manager working and there was nobody above him. I expressed my concerns with the service department when he walked up and told the employees he did not say that to me. It enfuriated me even more because he could not won up to his mistake. I did start getting a higher level voice and saying some curse words of my own because of what he was saying and at that time he told everybody in the service department quote "Don't touch his fucking bike, make him take it somewhere else." All I wanted was an apology but now an apology will not be good enough for the damage he has caused me mentally. I am a disabled veteran with severe PTSD and recently had back surgery. If this is how Harley Davidson treats there customers your company can take the bike back and I will be on my way. I am very afraid that my bike will be intentionally damaged leaving me a cripple when I get it back. Please help me rectify this situation.
Thanks,
Joseph
