Mr. Levatich: Im writing you in hopes you could intervene and speed the shipment of my painted parts. I bought a new 2017 Ultra on Jan 3. I was not able to ride it much until two weeks ago. I put an astonishing 78 miles on it when another bike rider slammed into me from behind. $9200 later and I am without a ride. Stormy Hill HD in Clermont, Fl sold me the bike and now it is in their shop for repairs. What I am told is that it takes 4-6 weeks or longer to obtain the painted parts. My request to you is to ask for your intervention in speeding this process up. I know I will miss bike week in Daytona but am hoping to be able to attend Leesburg Bike Fest in April.
