John sent a message to Tom Linebarger Chairman and CEO of Cummins Inc. Email Address that said:
Mr. Linebarger - I went to your website and submitted a Request For Quote form for a whole house generator. Was told I would hear from someone within 2 business days, which was last Tuesday (Mar 1). On Thurs, I received am email asking of I had heard from anyone - I replied no. On Sat I received same email - and had same response. Today (Mar 8) I called your company - One gentleman told me that he doesn't deal with the website and knows nothing about it and that I should just find a Cummins dealer in my area and ask them my questions. I told him that that defeats the purpose of having a Request For Quote section on your website. Again I was told that he doesn't handle that. Finally, I called your office to hopefully get some answers, and neither you nor your assistant were in the office at 3:15 EST. Seems like no one at Cummins gives a darn about potential customers, and is inviting them to go to Generac.
