Mr. Loberbaum,
I bought Mohawk hardwood flooring from a local reputable dealer. When they were installed in February 2017 in a new home - and unfortunately, they do not look at all like the sample. I worked with a decorator to select a consistent colored floor and the ones installed are not. you can see some pictures on Facebook to see if you agree. A case #6986521 was opened. The solutions started with “we will replace them”. Now they say the solution is $3500 that Mohawk is refunding Craft Croswell and they will refund me.
Please let me know if these are floors you and your decorators are proud of. Do they represent what the sample did? Is this the solution you would like to see to this problem?
