Mr. Lott, my name is Elbert . I worked at your cincinati facility for almost two years in the receiving department. I loved my job! Last year in june I was given a random drug screen that I knew I was going to fail due to having marijuana in my system. which was a stupid mistake on my part. I still went and took the screening knowing I was going to fail and lose my job that I loved. I made one more mistake that I've regretted since then. I did not return back to work the next week thinking I failed the test and would have been given the long walk of shame out of the job that I did love. It's been over six months since then and I'm now trying to return to my same job thru a temp service. The temp service told me that corporate (SanMar) cleared me for rehire but upon sending my name over to the facility hr denied it. I would dedicated the rest of my life to SanMar if I was to receive a second chance.
