Patricia sent a message to Terry J. Lundgren- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Macy's, Inc.- email address that said:
Mr. Lundgren, I received a letter from Macy's dated February 11 2016 stating that I was in jeopardy of having my charging privileges revoked. I was being accused of my account being past due. They called my home last year in the summer with the same allegations. The problem is that I have 2 accounts which I explain. Sadly enough I have been charged $27.00 late fees and never pay my account late. Please assist me in getting this problem resolved this is so annoying for a customer. Thank you
