My wife and I registered with Macy's for our wedding. We received a Cuisinart slow cooker that is now broken. I have placed 3 phone calls starting on 3/21, then again on 3/24 and now today. Each customer service agent took all of my information and said we would get a new one with 2-3 business days. I have yet to receive this item. I am currently on the phone with your customer service where they are telling me they issued a refund to my Aunt who purchased this for us. Why would they do that? This is a registry item of which I have had to call 3 times to try and see what is going on with this. I don't understand how I can be told by 2 different employees I am getting a new and returning the broken one and now told they issued a refund to my Aunt who bought this.
