Mr Lundgren,
My husband and I were in the University Town Center Mall in Sarasota, Florida on March 17, 2017. My husband was going to buy a suit that was sold by the piece, pant, jacket and vest. The tag in the suit was I.N.C. at that time it was on sale. I believe 25% off was on the sign. He should have purchased it at that time. Today (April 20th, 2017, we were at the Southgate Mall also in Sarasota in Macys and saw the same suit, It was regular priced. One sales associate mentioned that I might have coupons on my credit card that I could use. Or purchase that day in advance of the familyfriends sale with 30% off and we would have to come back to pick up said items. Which we agreed to. But another salesman told us that Item never goes on sale, and we could not purchase in advance of the sale because it would not be 30% even in the sale. My husband and I both saw it on sale at the other Mall also in Sarasota (University Town Center) Regular price on the jacket was $79.99 or $79.98, and the pants were $39.99 or $39.98) We would have bought it even at 25% off like the other store. Or if I had coupons available. But the one saleman whom claims hes been there for years said those items never get discounted or put on sale! It is a no wonder that Macys is closing their stores and before you know it, will be a thing of the past just like Gimbles, Caldors and the Dodo Bird.
