Mr Mansell....A saleswoman helped me at the Kiosk order items. She was very very nice and very very busy. She was multitasking between me sand training a new employee, answering the phone at customer service etc. When she was finished with me, I started looking for my Kohls credit card and my gift card, which still had over 85 dollars on it. She thinks she gave them back to me and I think she did not. I am the only one to suffer in this incident. thank you
