Merry  sent a message to Kevin Mansell Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation Email Address that said:

Mr. Mansell,

Alert!!! You have a problem with your online store.

I was a first time user of your online store 1/20/16.
The site didnt process my desired purchase with an explanation.
A Kohls customer service rep gave me a phone number to call. 855-564-5740. I explained the problem I was having and he kept on and on trying to sell me something. So I thought if I just buy something small perhaps I could actually speak to someone about my online purchase problem, but he still continued to sell me more stuff.
My reply was No, No , No I just need to speak with a Kohls representitive. He placed me on hold for over 25 min then the recording came on and said, " I had been kicked off the conference call." Humm weird.
Sunday 1/24/16, Chase fraud prevention text me regarding a suspicious charge. Turns out when I told that person on the phone no, no, he placed the charge anyway.
With Chases help I was able to call the number associated with that suspicious charge and got that charge cancelled so my credit card would not be cancelled by Chase.
This was a lot of hassle for what I thought would have been a simple Kohls online purchase.
I ended up purchasing what I needed directly from the manufacturer.
Poor customer service!!!

What I suggest is to NOT out source to another country.
Keeps jobs here in America.
