Mr Mansell, I am a snowbird who lives in Florida 6 months of the year and in the St. Louis area for 6 months. When living at my north address, which is my billing address for Kohl's, I receive various flyers in the mail with discounts, which I use everytime I get one. Since these flyers are sent via 3rd class mail, they are not forwarded here to Florida. Many women, like me, like to shop when we get that great coupon. Considering there are millions of snowbirds, here in Florida and in Arizona forwarding their mail, you have the potential to reach out to all of us by sending a simple email with your coupons instead of by 3rd class mail. I know my email address is on file with Kohls because I receive bill notification and pay my bill online. I just thought you should consider this option. Thank you very much, Joan
