Good Afternoon.
I have been a Kohl's Customer for more than 15 years. However, there are issues. For example; I ordered a large storage stool, which was rather heavy and too heavy for me to carry back to the store. I finally convinced somebody to arrange a pick-up at no charge, then I noticed that my refund was deducted by $15.00. What a huge mistake. Please note I purchased 4 of these stools, one too many. Your Corporate Rep refused to correct the mistake....
Lately, customer service seems to have a script and does not seem to be HUMAN.... Since, I was not able to find a Customer Service Rep that was able to discuss a special situation, I called the Corporate Support. I left a message 30 hours ago, no call back, and call back today at 4:00 pm EST today. I have an issue when I am ignored for more than 24 hours, unless the entire department is locked out.
I will say that over the last two years, I have elected to shop at other stores, due to the down fall of Customer Service. I am an on-line shopper, due to my location and the nature of my responsibility.
